Permission by curli AG, Cham, Switzerland (hereinafter referred to as: curli AG) for the use of media data, in particular for the use of images, is granted exclusively under the following conditions, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing in individual cases:

1. curli AG is the sole author of all documents and media data and retains the copyright.
2. Media data of products that have not yet been published require the prior consent of curli AG for use.
3. The media data may only be used if the copyright holder (curli AG) is given.
4. Media data may only be changed in shape and size and only as long as their quality is maintained.
5. The use of the media data takes place exclusively in the positive sense of the products and the company curli AG and may not defame their products or image or show them harmful.
