We at curli have spent years studying dog anatomy and using that knowledge to create the best possible harnesses for your dogs.
 
One of the most important features of our harness line is our “3D Comfort Fit“. 

3D Comfort Fit combines a novel approach to both the basic design of our harnesses as well as the cutting and manufacturing process.

All curli harnesses incorporate this unique design and manufacturing process.
 
It begins with a manufacturing method in which several layers of fabric are processed. 

The 3D shape is created when multiple layers of material, cut in extremely precise patterns, are sewn together, forming a 3-dimensional core shape. 

Have you noticed that a curli harness will not lay completely flat when it is not in use by your dog? That’s the hallmark of 3D Comfort Fit.
With this method, our harnesses are extra-strong and especially stable in shape. That means they won’t wear out anytime soon and the sizing and shape remain constant.
It also ensures a very consistent sizing in all of our production runs over time, so you can be sure that if an extra-small Harness from us fits your dog and you want to buy another one - the new extra-small Harness will have the same sizing.
Most importantly, it provides a superior level of comfort for your pet, allowing it to snuggly cradle the dog without excessive weight or restricting joint or muscle movement.
