Customer information:

the following terms and conditions (Terms) govern the contractual relationship between curliusa, LLC and consumers who purchase goods on our shop. The contract language is english.

Contract:

The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to purchase goods. After entering your information and clicking the order button, you enter a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. By confirmation of receipt by e-mail we will simultaneously explains the acceptance of the offer and complete the purchase order.

You can correct your input before submitting the order at any time. We inform you on through the order process and during the checkout process of your correction possibilities.

Return costs, exchange:

If you do not like a supplied product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. We only accept returns and exchange on unused items in our original packaging -. The cost of the return, however, is on your account. Please mark the package with sufficient postage. A credit from the return will be applied to your account immediately, unless you wanted to use it for further order / exchange. The postage costs for re-delivery of the goods exchanged are in our charge.

Warranty:

The guarantee is governed by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability:

We exclude liability for negligent breach of duty, provided these are not contractual obligations concerning damage caused by the loss of life, body or health, or guarantees, or claims under product liability law. The same holds for any of our agents and our legal representatives. The contractual obligations include, in particular the obligation to hand you the thing and get you to the property in it. Furthermore, we have give you the item free of defects and deficiencies.

Jurisdiction and applicable law:

Exclusive jurisdiction is the State of GA. The contractor waives the jurisdiction of his domicile. All of the above contracts and its terms and conditions derived relationships between the contractor and the curliusa, LLC and are subject to US law.
